Tomoki Yanagisawa

Graduated from Rikkyo University
Yanagisawa began his career at Recruit Holdings, the parent company of Indeed, where he developed strong expertise in customer acquisition strategies and marketing. He contributed to the development of new SaaS businesses, including POS systems, reservation platforms, and payment solutions, while managing market strategies and leading digital marketing projects for major corporations. He was also responsible for driving new venture initiatives. Yanagisawa served as a Strategic Growth Manager at PayPal, focusing on strategic growth initiatives in new business areas, before founding Enigol.

Tsujita Kazuhiro
COO/CFO
Graduated from Tokyo University,
Tsujita began his career at Marubeni Corporation, a leading Japanese multinational conglomerate with diversified business operations. At Marubeni, he gained expertise in business investment and was actively involved in establishing internal controls for subsidiaries, leading an IFRS implementation project, and managing the integration of a company-wide consolidated accounting system. Tsujita later expanded his role to manage business investments and asset management in multinational power generation and renewable energy projects. He further strengthened his experience in project revitalization, new development, M&A, and the sale of existing projects. Leveraging this extensive experience, he co-founded Enigol alongside Yanagisawa.
