Enigol Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that the protection of personal information and specific personal information is a major responsibility. Therefore, based on our philosophy of personal information protection and our own code of conduct, we have established a personal information protection management system to embody the policies shown below. We will strive for its continuous improvement across the entire company, while always keeping in mind the latest IT technology trends, changes in social demands, and shifts in the management environment.

• 1. The Company has formulated a personal information protection management system in compliance with "JIS Q 15001:2023 (Personal Information Protection Management System - Requirements)" and will operate it appropriately and continuously.
• 2. In acquiring personal information, the Company will clarify the purpose of use and obtain the consent of the individual concerned. We will appropriately acquire, use, and provide personal information in consideration of the nature and scale of our business, and will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use. We will also take measures to achieve this.
• 3. When entrusting the handling of personal information or providing personal information to a third party, the Company will select a party that meets sufficient standards for personal information protection and take appropriate measures through contracts and other means.
• 4. The Company will comply with laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other standards.
• 5. To address risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company will establish regulations and systems to prevent such risks through reasonable safety measures and will continue to improve them. We will also promptly take corrective measures in the unlikely event of an emergency.
• 6. The Company will respond promptly and sincerely to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
• 7. We will review the personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner based on changes in the environment surrounding the Company and actual conditions, and will strive for continuous improvement.
